The advocacy for equity is ongoing. BIDE aims to ensure that equal opportunities and resources are available for all students.

The Equity pillar is currently developing a project in which they will provide grants to UWindsor students planning events that align with BIDE’s values.

Menstrual Equity Project
Equity created the Menstrual Equity Project in collaboration with the Graduate Student’s Society, which stocks students with free menstrual cups.
Workshops
The Equity pillar is currently planning workshops for students to attend and increase their awareness of social and cultural issues.
